Terms of Use

Last updated 19 October 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and PRPD ("we", "us"). They cover your use of prpd.fun, our evaluations and any funded account we give you (together, the "Services"). Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Trading Disclaimer form part of these Terms. By buying an evaluation or using the Services, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Services.

1. What PRPD is

PRPD runs skill evaluations for traders. You pay a fee, trade a simulated account under published rules, and, if you pass and qualify, receive a simulated funded account. Traders who meet the payout conditions on a funded account can earn performance rewards paid by PRPD.

Every account is simulated. No real money is deposited, invested or put at risk, no order you place is executed on a real market, and we don't offer, or promise to offer, any route to trading real capital. Profits and losses on an account are simulated figures. You have no claim to them except as a performance reward under these Terms, and rewards are paid from our own funds, not from trading gains.

PRPD is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or money manager. Nothing in the Services is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and taking part is not employment, a partnership or a joint venture with us.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

  • be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
  • not be located in, or a resident or national of, a country or region under comprehensive sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine;
  • not be on any US, UN, EU or UK sanctions list, or owned by or acting for anyone who is;
  • use the Services only where doing so is legal for you. Checking that is your responsibility.

We may ask you to prove your eligibility at any time, and may refuse or close an account if you can't.

3. Your account

Each person may hold one user account. Within it you can run several evaluations at once. Duplicate user accounts will be closed and their purchases may be forfeited without refund.

Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Your account is personal: don't share it, sell it, transfer it or let anyone else trade it. You are responsible for everything done with your login and API keys, so keep them secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used them.

Funded accounts count toward a total allocation cap per trader, currently $300K. If passing an evaluation would take you over the cap, that account goes into funding review instead of being funded automatically.

We can see all activity on your accounts, including orders, fills, balances and API use. We use it to run the Services, enforce the rules and detect prohibited conduct, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Evaluations

Each level publishes its rules before you pay, including the profit target, maximum drawdown, daily loss limit (if selected), leverage and payout schedule. The rules shown at checkout apply to that account for its whole life. We may change rules for future purchases, never for accounts you already hold.

You pass when you reach the profit target without breaching any rule. You fail as soon as a rule is breached, and the account is closed. Rules are enforced automatically on the trading platform, and the platform's record of your account is final.

Passing an evaluation doesn't guarantee a funded account, payouts or any particular earnings.

5. Inactivity

You must have at least one executed trade on each evaluation account every 30 days, and on each funded account every 7 days. The period starts when the account is issued and restarts with each executed trade. Logging in, placing or cancelling orders that don't fill, holding an open position, and liquidations don't count.

If the period runs out, an evaluation account is failed and a funded account is closed, with any open positions closed automatically. This is not grounds for a refund or reinstatement.

6. Fees

Evaluation fees are one-time charges, priced in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. An order is activated once the full amount is confirmed on the blockchain. They pay for access to the evaluation. They are not deposits, they are not invested, and they are not returned when an account passes or fails.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. In short, you can get a refund within 48 hours of purchase if the account hasn't been activated. After that, or once the account has been used, the fee is non-refundable.

7. Funded accounts and identity verification

When you pass an evaluation and accept our trader agreement, you receive a funded account. We may decline to fund anyone who doesn't meet our eligibility or risk requirements.

Identity verification is not a standard requirement. We don't ask for ID to buy an evaluation, get funded or request a payout. We may ask you to verify your identity (for example with a government ID and a liveness check through our verification provider) at any time if we suspect fraud, abuse, multiple accounts, prohibited trading or another breach of these Terms, or as part of reviewing a payout request, for example because of its size, its destination or the account's activity.

While a verification request is open, we may pause trading on the affected accounts and hold any pending payout. If you don't complete verification within a reasonable time, or it fails, we may refuse the payout, close the affected accounts and treat them as failed.

A funded account is still a simulated account. It follows the rules of its level, and breaching any of them closes it.

8. Payouts

Once a funded account's profit reaches at least 1% of the account's starting balance, you can request a payout from your dashboard, subject to that level's payout schedule. Only one request per account can be pending at a time. You receive your profit split, up to 90% depending on your level and payout history.

Every request is reviewed before it is paid. We may audit the account's trading, ask you for information or identity verification (see section 7), and delay a payout while a review is open. We may refuse or reduce a payout if we find a breach of these Terms. You are responsible for any taxes on payouts you receive.

9. Affiliate programme

Every account can take part in our affiliate programme. Current rates, tiers, buyer offers, hold period and minimum payout are shown on our Affiliates page and in your dashboard. We may change them for future sales; a sale keeps the rate it earned.

You earn commission only on evaluations bought with your code or after a click on your referral link, by a buyer who isn't you, an account you control, or someone buying on your behalf. Commission is calculated on what the buyer actually paid.

Commission is held for the hold period shown in your dashboard before you can withdraw it. We void commission on refunded orders, and on any sale we find was self-referred, fraudulent or obtained in breach of these Terms, including after it has been paid, in which case we may deduct it from future commission.

When promoting PRPD you must not:

  • make false or misleading claims, including about earnings, pass rates or real-money trading;
  • present yourself as PRPD or as acting on its behalf;
  • spam, or use bought, scraped or unsolicited contact lists;
  • bid on PRPD brand terms in paid search, or use domains, handles or ads that could be confused with ours;
  • offer cashback, rebates or other incentives on top of your code without our written permission.

You are responsible for following the advertising and disclosure rules where you promote, including making clear that you earn commission. We may change or end the programme, or remove you from it, at any time; commission already unlocked stays payable unless it was earned in breach of these Terms.

10. Prohibited trading

The evaluation measures your own trading skill. You must not exploit, manipulate or abuse the Services, the payout model or other traders. In particular, you must not:

  • exploit latency, stale or delayed prices, differences between data sources, pricing errors, outages, freezes or any other technical fault;
  • keep trading on a price or balance you know is clearly wrong instead of reporting it;
  • hedge, mirror or coordinate trades across your own accounts, other people's accounts or other firms to manufacture a pass, hide real exposure or game a payout;
  • use more than one user account, or anyone else's, to get around rules, risk limits or the allocation cap;
  • share login details or API keys, let anyone else trade or manage your account, or use paid account-passing services;
  • use external copy-trading, signal or account-management services that hand control of your account to someone else;
  • wash trade, collude with other traders, or size positions in a way no real trader would, to exploit the simulated environment;
  • use automation to overload the platform, gain a latency edge or evade its controls (connecting an agent through the official API within its limits is allowed);
  • get around any rule, risk control, limit, identity check or payout condition.

11. General conduct

You must not:

  • give us false or misleading information, or impersonate anyone;
  • reverse engineer, scrape outside documented interfaces, probe or disrupt the Services, or introduce malware;
  • evade a suspension or ban, including with a new account;
  • commit fraud, payment or refund abuse, or promotion abuse;
  • harass or threaten other users or our team;
  • break sanctions laws or any other law.

12. How we enforce the rules

We decide in good faith, using account, market, device and identity evidence, whether trading or other activity breaks these Terms. We may ask you for information during a review. If you don't provide it within a reasonable time, we decide on the evidence we have.

If we find a breach, we may treat the account as failed, remove the affected trades from your results, cancel pending payouts, close your accounts and refuse future purchases, without refund.

13. AI agents and API access

VOID Trader lets you connect an AI agent or other software to your account with an API key. Anything done with your key counts as your own trading, and you are responsible for it, including the agent's mistakes. Agent orders are subject to the same rules and limits as yours. Revoke a key as soon as you stop using it or think it has been exposed.

14. Third-party services

Accounts are provided on VOID Trader, trading-platform software operated by a third party. Instrument data and reference prices come from Hyperliquid. Payments and identity checks are handled by third-party providers. These services have their own terms, and we aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct. PRPD is not affiliated with or endorsed by Hyperliquid.

15. Intellectual property

The PRPD name, logo, site, content and designs belong to us. You may use them only to take part in the Services, and may not copy, resell or build a competing service from them. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.

16. Closing accounts

You can stop using the Services or ask us to close your account at any time. Closing your account doesn't entitle you to a refund beyond what the Refund Policy allows.

We may suspend or close your accounts if you breach these Terms, if the law requires it, or if we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Profit earned on a funded account before closure is still paid, after our usual review, unless the closure was for prohibited conduct. Sections that by their nature should survive closure, such as fees, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability, continue to apply.

17. Disclaimers

The Services are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise they will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free. Market data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate, and any decision you make based on it is at your own risk. See our Trading Disclaimer for more on the limits of simulated trading.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

19. Events beyond our control

We aren't responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of internet or third-party services, natural disasters, war, unrest or government action. During such an event we may suspend or change the Services.

20. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs, including legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your prohibited conduct, false information you gave us, or your breach of the law or anyone else's rights.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We'll post the new version on prpd.fun with a new date and, for material changes, let you know by email or in your dashboard. Changes don't alter the rules of accounts you already hold. If you keep using the Services after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.

22. Disputes

If you have a complaint, contact us first and give us 30 days to try to resolve it. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of a class action, to the extent the law allows.

23. Contact
